We (the writers at The Write CV Cover) are HMRC registered freelance writers with extensive experience in the recruitment sector, career coaching and CV/cover letter/LinkedIn profile writing. We recently, late 2019, established The Write CV Cover to offer career advice and tips, and for anyone interested in our hand: we lend you our hand by writing your CV, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, and other job application documents.

Our service

We offer free career advice on our website, and CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile writing service for those who need it. Our prices are very low compared to the industry standards, but our experts are highly experienced and knowledgeable in this field as demonstrated by the advice and guidance offered on this website.

Our contract with you

When you make a booking you enter a contract with us. You make the payment for the service required, this is your obligation, and we supply the service, this is our obligation. We do our best to ensure our customers are happy with the final version of their purchase.

How to make a booking

You can make a booking directly on our website or, as we encourage, contact us first so we can assess your level of need and enable you to make the right purchase. We never push you to make a booking. We prefer that our clients first hear our views on their CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile etc and then make the purchase.

Once you have made the booking and we have received your payment, we confirm this and start working on your purchase.

Payment

The prices of our service may be subject to change from time to time, in such cases we will ensure our website is updated accordingly.

To process the payment we use a secure booking process through PayPal. Although we receive the payment through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method. It gives you the option to send payment to our PayPal account directly from your credit card or debit card. PayPal never shares details of your credit card or debit card with us. We only receive confirmation of the payment and your name.

Any currency conversion costs, or other charges incurred while making a payment will be borne by you in addition to the price due to us.

Refund

We do not offer refunds for any service provided, however we are happy to work with our clients until they are satisfied with their purchase. This means we can redraft their CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile etc up to five times.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of our work from time to time.

We process information provided by our clients in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. Please see our privacy policy for more information on the personal data we collect from you and for the reason.
